'Life in Grade 6,' by Obu

Obusitse with twin brother Othusitse

Hi my name is Obu.

I have 3 friends Sharleon, Matebes, Didintle and we eat together at break.  We share our food and my brother too.

Miss Lesego is the best teacher.  You can talk and make noise in her class.  That’s why Natural Science is my favourite subject.  All the other teachers are kind but not like Miss Lesego.

For my report I may have not done good but I improved and I passed every subject.  You know when i got my report i thought i failed Arts and culture and EMS but I can’t believe it i passed them just like that and i am very happy for what i did.

When i finish school i want to go to university to study to become a lawyer and help take care of my family because i would have  a lot of money to buy food for my family.

  3. Excellent work Obu. You did amazing in your report and you should be very proud that you have improved. I am so excited to meet you and your brother in a few months. You can tell me all about your plans to be a lawyer then. Kel
